MCCS Counseling Services/Family Advocacy Program offers appropriate levels of intervention, treatment, and counseling services to Marines, Sailors, and their families. In order to assist resolving personal and family problems, clients are provided counseling, victim advocacy, information/referrals, and support— to include prevention and education services. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY |
The following personnel are eligible for services:
Active Duty members of
military services, the Coast Guard, their legal dependents, Reservists (while on active
duty) and their legal dependents.
To be eligible for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) services, there must also be
a current allegation of abuse
or neglect, or an imminent
risk of harm (injury may not
have occurred, but there is
an immediate risk). Civilian
DoD employees working on
Base are eligible for prevention and education workshops. |
