The Mission of the Family Member Employment Assistance Program is to provide Comprehensive Employment Related Services to Military Spouses and other Family Members and empower military spouses with the tools necessary to achieve their goals through Career, Educational, Life Goals, or Volunteerism.
FMEAP is a program of the Career Reserouce Management Center (CRMC). The Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) offers an array of employment assistance. We can help you with resume assistance, your job search, labor market information, employer contacts, and employment referral.

FMEAP offers military service members, their family members and DoD civilians the following employment related workshops:
- Local Employment Workshop
Thursdays • 0830-0930 • To register, contact FMEAP at 703.784.3232/2511.
This workshop focuses on local area employment opportunities, contacts and job-search techniques. The workshop will introduce you to CRMC's job-related resources. A tour of the CRMC is included in the workshop, and will allow you to view posted job vacancy listings, and also work with the automated job vacancy listings.

Videos designed to strengthen your job skills. Videos covering a wide range of employment related topics. Video viewing will be conducted the 2nd and the 4th Thursdays of each month from 1330-1430, and will take place in the CRMC, located at the Religious and Family Services Annex, 3019 Embry Loop, Room 131.
