The Spouses' Learning Series is a three-tiered program providing Marine Corps spouses the opportunity to further their personal and professional growth. With a combination of workshops and educational development in the following areas: Relationship Building, Personal and Professional Empowerment, Goal Setting, Self-care, Stress Reduction and Life/Work Balance.

Four Lenses (2.5 Hours)
A Four Lenses workshop, will give each participant a better understanding of how to leveralge their own personality traits with the different personality traits of others.

Leadership Skills Workshop (2 Hours)
It is recommended that you take this workshop after attending a Four Lenses Workshop

Conflict Management Course (2 Hours)
This course will cover a range of skills for dealing with conflict. These skills are like tools; we pull one or more out of the kit to suit a particular conflict.

Aging Parents and Elderly Care (2 Hours)
Caring for an aging parent, an elderly spuse, or close friend presents difficult challenges - especially when a crisis hits and you are suddenly faced with the responsibilities of elder care.

Family Care Plan (2.0 Hours)
Ensures personal readiness of all service members and civilian personnel. The personal readiness of marines is directly affected by the arrangements they have made for the care of their families.
