NAF Human Resources supports MCCS Branches in providing quality programs, products and services to support active duty military, their family members and other authorized patrons. We are customer service driven, always realizing that Marines, Sailors, Civilian Marines and their families are the reason that we have a job. The Human Resources office works to provide employment opportunities for all civilians, regardless of their affiliation with the Marine Corps or other military branches.

Positions are offered in various employment categories with regular appointments that include benefits:

• Regular Full-time (F/T): 35-40 hours per week.
• Regular Part-time (P/T): 20-34 hours per week.
• Flexible (Flex): up to 40 hours per week - no benefits

The MCCS NAF Human Resources office is located in Little Hall, 2034 Barnett Ave. Take I-95 to the Quantico/Triangle Exit (Route 619 East). Go through the light at Route 1, past the Iwo Jima Statue and through the front gate of the base. After Fuller Road makes a sharp turn to the right, go through the first stop light and turn left into the parking lot. Little Hall (Bldg 2034) is across the street from the parking lot. Use the crosswalk to the other side of the street, proceed up the stairs to enter the building, turn right in the lobby and go through the glass doors. Follow the hallway to the end; the Human Resources Office is on the right.
