Tobacco Cessation Class
One three-hour session, offered monthly, focuses on breaking the "Addiction Triangle" which includes strategies to overcome both physical and psychological/social addiction to nicotine. What is Massage?
Massage is the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body using techniques of stroking, kneading, compression, friction, stretching and pressure. Please call Cynthia Stewart to make an appointment 703-282-6920.
Benefits of Massage
Among the many benefits of massage are increased circulation and the removal of toxins, soreness and tension from the muscles of the body. Massage relaxes both body and mind and reduces accumulated stress.
