Quantico Base Library
The Library of the Marine Corps is located in the Alfred M. Gray Research Center at 2040 Broadway Street. Patron parking is located across the street.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 100% I.D. check in effect at the base gates. Civilian visitors with no DoD sticker must show valid driver's license and proof of registration.
The general public is welcome to use Library resources in-house. To check out library materials, a person must be active duty, reserve, retired military, a family member of active duty, reserve, or retired military, or a Quantico civilian Federal employee. An official DoD identification card is required at the time of registration. Government contractors require written permission from their CORs stating the necessity of material to accomplish a task in order to check out items. Archives & Special Collections materials may not be checked out.
New location for Library Story Time. Due to construction and parking non-availability, Story Time has moved to the Voluntary Education Center. The present story time sessions are:
Tuesday, 1000, ages 3-5
Thursday, 1000, ages 0-2
Voluntary Education Center
3088 Roan Street, Rm 4
This move is temporary (18 months) and as construction is completed Story Time will return to the library.
